I’m a licensed psychologist and strategic coach based in Mission Viejo, California. My work is built on more than two decades of experience helping high-achieving individuals find peace and direction in their emotional lives. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University, an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Fullerton, and a B.A. in Psychology from Biola University
Through this blend of education, insight, and heart, I’ve learned that emotional clarity isn’t just about understanding yourself — it’s about learning to lead yourself with calm confidence in every part of life.

Education & Experience
My doctoral research focused on adult attachment and intimacy, examining how early relationships shape emotional connections in adulthood. I have extensive experience working in community clinics and university counseling centers, supporting individuals and couples in strengthening their relationships.
During my training, I completed a rotation with certified Gottman therapists, applying evidence-based techniques to help couples build secure, lasting bonds. I have also participated in additional workshops and trainings in relationship and emotional development.

What is “The Emotional Reboot” coaching offer?
It’s a strategic, emotionally intelligent coaching experience designed to help high-achieving individuals reset their emotional and behavioral patterns, reconnect with clarity, and lead with authenticity.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Secure, confidential video sessions are available for both therapy and coaching clients.

Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance for my services. Payment is due at the time of service. Therapy may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Coaching is not covered by insurance. I’ll provide guidance on navigating both.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. I value your time and mine.
